getimiskon's space

It's my personal website, which I started since 2018 in Neocities. In 2021 I have moved to getimiskon.xyz, where I stay until today and host my services there as well. The website is made with Org Mode and it is made to be compatible with as many browsers as possible. It's a bit messy, but it works.

My main computer is an Acer Aspire 3 (A315-53G-52A4) from 2018. It gets the job done, but occasionally it can be a pain in the ass, as most laptops are these days. I used to use a Dell Latitude D630 as my server but currently I use a VPS, as self-hosting isn't possible in my case. If you want a good value-for-money VPS, I suggest trying Contabo, which I personally use.

As for the software, I use Void Linux as my main OS since 2020. I use a relatively minimalistic system with my own suckless configuration. The VPS runs on Debian 12.
